We use the same seasoning mix as our Wisconsin brat and then we add loads of real sharp white cheddar cheese (not a high temp cheese that contains ingredients we would never use just real cheese). This brat is smoked and fully cooked. The smoke adds another layer of flavor that makes this brat extra delicious! Each package contains 5 brats.
