This is will be for Fall of 2023. Your whole or half will be available sometime during October and November 2023. Each half will weigh approximately 90 to 115 pounds, a whole will weigh approximately 180 to 230 pounds. The total price is $4.50/# on the hanging weight, plus slaughter and processing. Depending on your processing choices a half will cost between $575 to $675 and will yield you approximately 75 to 100 pounds of meat (depending on hanging weight and how many boneless cuts you choose). A whole would cost between $1,200 to $1,350 and would yield approximately 150 to 200 pounds of meat (depending on hanging weight and how many boneless cuts you choose).
